Where does MII ship?
We ship everywhere around the world.
Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
Where does MII ship from? How long will it take?
We ship our orders from fulfillment warehouse in Florence, Italy. At times we also ship from within the
Orders shipping to Hong Kong are delivered by a local courier service, usually within 1-2 business days. Orders shipping outside of Italy are delivered with a courier, usually FedEx or UPS. Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days.
RETURNS
What is your return policy?
You may return any full-price MII items within 14 days of receipt, provided that the items are unused and in original condition. Purchases made between November 23 and December 20 qualify for an extended returns timeline, where full-price items may be returned by January 5 (i.e. you have more than 14 days to return).
Pre-ordered items may not be returned for refund, although naturally in the case of a mistake on our part we make exceptions.
Where are returns sent?
All returns must be sent to our warehouse in Florence, Italy. The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with the carrier of your choice. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that you are protected in the event of theft or loss during delivery to us.
